I've got a Windows XP Home environment up and running for a few days, but this afternoon I repaired the permissions of the HDD of my Primary OS (iMac Core Duo 17") using Disk Utility, and clear the system caches with Onyx, the VM HDD is corrupted.

Just want to know if anyone has similar experience so I can be sure what the culprit is.

I've repaired disk permissions without a problem.

    Re-Activation?

Now the big problem: the Virtual HDD is gone just a few hours after I've installed and activated Windows XP Home, so I "Recreate" one using the VM Config commands, and re-install Windows. But the Activation code is not the same! That means I can't activate it again! So what should I do?

Do a search for the drive file, someone else had reported theirs got moved somehow. It may still be on your drive, just not where you left it.
