I don't get it, this should be so easy. I Followed all instructions, Tried both ISO and XP SP2 install disk (2 different ones) and all that I get is "Unable To Connect to Hypervisor " whenever I try to start the darned thing. I tried the sleep method too and no luck.

I am runing on a Mac PRO dual 2.66
    1gb ram

    Fresh out of the box.

Thanks in advance for and suggestions/solutions.

Same set up, same problem -- c'mon Parallels, there must be a fix for this!

Download the latest build from http://download.parallels.com/stuff/Parallels-Desktop-1940-Mac-en.dmg and install it. Reboot your Mac, and then try it.

I just got a patch from Parallels support that fixed the problem -- good response -- less than 12 hours.
