    Hello,

I'm trying to connect, but it's not allowing me. The IP address it's giving me is
    169.254.225.157

Anyone have any idea how I can get this working?? thanks

This has been discussed many times on these forums. Searching will help lots. If you still have problems, please make your post in the forum that is relative to your host OS.

Well, it IS a how to forum, and he's asking how to connect.

I can offer this suggestion: use Airport. I couldn't get connected to the Internet no matter what I tried as long as I was using Ethernet. But with Airport it was quick and easy.

Actually, if you look at the forum description, this is a place to share "how to" techniques, and NOT a place to ask questions. Questions belong in the technical forums.

FWIW, both Airport and wired Ethernet work fine and interchangeably for me.

How to connect USB that continually states "USB is not connected.."

How do I get Parallels to recognize my USB Card Writer when I am following all the correct instructions to do so but continually get error messages?

USB-Card Writer keeps hanging up; tried one of everything for days on end and nothing

Sewfuntoys ----> not having so much fun anymore!!!!!

Well multiple posting is not going to get you a solution any quicker. And this one is in the wrong forum for problems.
