In my guest O?S which is winxp, I could not find a wireless icon in the network connection..is it a prob with installation of drivers as such or something else..
Ifso, where can I get the driver?

    1. I suggest you to change networking mode of VM from Bridged to Shared Networking. This way you will always share any type of Mac OS X network connection.
    2. Do not look for wireless adapter in XP - it still wired ethernet virtual card - but it is bridged to Mac OS X wireless and should work fine.

My VM has Bridged and host only. Is host only "Shared"?

You aren't running the latest Parallels version. Download and install it. Be sure to reboot your Mac afterwards.

    There is no "wireless" icon.

Right click your ethernet icon in the lower right select properties and select the Wireless network you wish to connect to!
