My wish and I think also of many other mac users is to have firewire support ASAP, even in the betas.
Firewire is to, my kowledge, more widespread in the mac community than in the windows world.
For ex. I use with my mac mini (intel duo core) as firewire devices an external HD, a soundcard and a TV receiver. It would be nice to use these devices also with the VM.

Otherwise I'm very impressed how good and fast the parallels VM works, that's why I also paid or made a preorder for the final version.
I think I have luck with my mini regarding VT. About parallels info gives me:
    Virtualization mode: Intel VT-x
So, it seems that hardware VT is in my mini activated, isn't it?.

Keep the good working going on.

Agreed -- Firewire support very desirable

Being able to use the iSight camera or some other firewire video camera from within Parallels would be a welcome addition to the feature set.

Excellent job on the software. Looking forward to the final release...

Yes - firewire support, please. Until it's in place I'll have to continue to use Bootcamp, and I much prefer Parallels, which I just d/l'd last night.
