Installed the new build and everything appears to be working great, but there is one change that is on the verge of driving me back to build 1970.

I use Parallels in full screen mode with VirtueDesktops to have an always-available XP installation. One VirtueDesktops hotkey and I get a seamless transition from Mac to PC. Under 3036 this still works, but after switching to the full-screen guest OS on a different VirtueDesktop the dock and menu bar overlay the guests OS until I click within it. Is there any way to get the old seamless transition back?

Try going to the applications submenu on your virtue installation (make sure you are using build 220 b/c later builds dont seem to work as well) and delete the Parallels application, and then reopen Parallels and reset the environment variables that you want. For some reason virtue thinks this newer build of parallels is a totally different app.
