I have a brand new iMac I bought just to be able to use Apple and Windows XP. It starts to boot up the virtual machine but hangs up after it says "Boot from hard drive ..." Customer service is not real responsive so I thought someone out there would have some ideas. I've paid about $1800 in software to run on my Mac and it's annoying not to be able to use it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ken
If this is a boxed version of Parallels, please download and install the latest released version (1970) as the boxed version is not compatible with the current generation of iMacs.
