I'm running 3036 on a MacPro (2.66 ghz w/ 3 gb RAM). This version is the best so far and fixed a what was for me a major bug (HASP driver installations).

Is PD compatible w/ the 64-bit flavor of XP pro?

No. PD only virtualizes a 32-bit processor.

64-bit support is supposed to be one of the major features of the 3.0 release due sometime early next year.

I wouldn't be so quick to run 64bit VMs anyway. I run the 64bit versions of W2K3 and XP-Pro using VMware on a dual-core 3Ghz PC and it's not very speedy.

I'd much rather run 64bit OSes on physical machines.

OOC - Does Apple even put out 64-bit win drivers?

I don't care about 64-bit Windows. I need to run 64-bit Fedora Core to work with my customer's application.

Apple hasn't yet released 64-bit drivers for Boot Camp. But you wouldn't use those drivers in a VM anyway so it's not that important. (Unless you're talking about a 64-bit Boot Camp installation being shared using the new features of 2.5)
