Hi - I have two problems: 1. I increased the size of my Win XP VM from 8GB to 15GB using the ImageTool. The operation completed successfully and VM property shows 15GB as the capacity of the virtual HD. However, when I boot up Win XP, it still shows C:\ drive as having 8GB capacity. Do I need to do something else to solve this? 2. Somehow, from last night, when I start up my VM in non-fullscreen mode, as soon as it loads WIn XP and shows me the login screen, the window automatically resizes itself and a significant portion of it is below my screen (off screen). How do I resize this window and how do I tell it not to automaticall resize every time I start up the VM? Thanks! NG
For question 1, yes, there is something else you need to do. You need to use a third party partitioning program for Windows such as PartitionMagic or Acronis Disk Director to resize the Windows partition to 15GB. This program should be installed and run inside the Windows VM.
