I am using Bootcamp with Windows XP Home, works fine. Installed 3036 Parallels plus the paralleles Tools in XP (Bootcamp). I made XP home (Bootcamp-Partition) work under Parallels, ran into reactivating... no problem.
The only thingI can't get working is Coherence - but I would love to. I started an Application in Windows und Parallels and hit the Coherence button - nothing happens. Same with the menu.
I am using a Macbook Intel Core 2 Duo, German Mac OS 10.4.8 and German Windows XP Home SP2.
    Any ideas?

    thx

    Hey there smarty!

Coherence is a fairly complicated feature, as I understand, and requires Windows to tell Parallels exactly which areas of the screen it wishes to be drawn and which to cut out. Thus, Parallels has you install the Parallels Tools on your Windows image, which allows that information to be communicated. I assume from your post that you haven't updated the Tools yet.

As a rule of thumb, update the Tools with every new version of Desktop.
