Invalid Registration Information

I'm running v3.0, build 5626 on an Imac with OS X 10.5.6. I've been a Parallels user from the beginning and have had very few problems. I now have a problem that I've had before and can't remember how it was fixed. When I bring up the Parallels application, I'm greeted with a message that says Invalid Registration Information. I can make it go away, but it pops up everytime I bring up Parallels and when I check for updates. I would create a ticket for this but am unsure how to go about creating one. Anyone have any ideas on why I have this nag message?

 

Anyone? I can't believe I'm alone with this pesky nag about invalid registration information.

 

Have you found a resolution to the problem of updates being blocked. I'm having the same problem.
