parallels quits unexpectedly once installation is succesful

i don't know what to do, i have parallels 3.0 built 4128 and i tried installing it on my macbook 10.5.6 leopard and it works one of my macbooks but doesn't want to open in the other macbook same as the other. it keeps popping the message "parallels has quit unexpectedly". Any suggestions will be appreciated

 

You need to install the latest build 5626. Download it from here:
