I have a problem with the windows xp. I cannot load the parallel tools that it keeps telling me to load and tells me to put a cd in of the windows but I have it in. Tells me I have an error. It says it is either in safe mode or was not correctly installed.
christine winzer, From the Parallels Desktop menu at the top of the screen, choose Devices -> CD/DVD Rom -> Connect image and connect the prl-tools-win.iso image (by default, it is stored in the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Parallels -> Tools directory). Then, run the Setup executable from the connected virtual cd drive in the VM.
