Reinstallation issues

Here's the deal--I was having problems with a copy of Windows server 2008 I had installed (I had failed to do a custom installation so that I could use Sharepoint), so I decided the "simplest" route would be to reinstall Parallels and Win 08. When I finished up with the Parallels installation, my DVD's of the Windows OS would no longer work--they register as blank. My DVD's are good and my drive is working fine with other DVD's/CD's, so I don't know what gives here. Has anybody else experienced this problem or does anyone have a fix suggestion for this?

2GB Ram

Make sure that your DVD is not a OEM DVD.
It must be a full version microsoft windows 2008 DVD.
