I am getting intermittent freezes about every 2 - 3 minutes with Windows XP as a guest OS. I've resolved a slowness issue I initially had by adding kernel.real_mode_vtx=0 the CPU tab, but now that things are running, I have these constant freezes. In the log I notice things kick off when I see this message:

    13:46:00.006 F /vm:3757/ Vm {06ee8e4f-4877-421b-b3db-de94708ac49e} processing command vmCmdUpdateVmTools ....
    13:46:00.022 F /vm:3757/ Vm {06ee8e4f-4877-421b-b3db-de94708ac49e} processed command vmCmdUpdateVmTools with status 1
    13:47:04.812 F /vm:3757/
    [0]150.804 sec. PANIC@102.15(0xb0)

I'll also see cpu utilization hitting around 100 and occasionally Leopard will freeze as well.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Here's another odd error in the log:

did you upgrade from Parallels V3 to V4?
If you did NOT create a new VM then that is the real solution.

Many of us that upgraded without creating new VM have
    same problem.

I thought of that and this is a new VM. CPU will jump randomly to 100% and the VM will freeze and then the host freezes as well. I'm totally lost.
