    I was trying to startup Desktop and it just keeps cycling through the windows startup screen. It'll increase the screen space like it's about to get going but will go back to the small startup screen.

    Hello zamboknee,
    Please clarify where you able to start Virtual Machine or it was started but in small screen?
    1) Have you tried to reinstall Parallels Desktop?
    2) please send us screenshot.

    Virtual machine begins to get going, starts firing up in the small screen (attached) then flashes to the bigger screen (with nothing but blackness) and then starts over again.
    1-have NOT tried reinstalling (how would I do that?)
    2-screen shot attached.
    Thanks

    most likely you receive a BSOD (blue screen of death) rapidly flashing. maybe you can recollect the blue stop error? hard to say what might be the cause without knowing the error code... what is Parallels Desktop build you use? any ideas why it might start crashing (corrupted upgrade, some new hardware)?

    I was able to get the info from the Blue Screen of Death.
    It reads as follows:
    "STOP: c000021a {fatal system Error}
    ....terminated unexpectedly with a status of f 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)"

    My Parallels build is 4.0.3844.408728

    Parallels guys. You there? I haven't received a response to my issue in days. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue so I'm guesss the non-response is because everyone's busy fixing this bug in a new release?
    maybe?
    ugh. I'm missing work because of this.
