Hi, I've got a problem with the windows virtual machine I installed through parallels desktop. Basically I installed a pretty large game and eventually uninstalled it at some point. The problem is that the size of the hdd is too large and is taking up a lot of space that i need. I tried decreasing it by using the parallels image tool but nothing really happened. I searched around on the web and apparently others have this problem too. If anyone knows how to fix I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks in advance. mojoDodo
It depends on what is the version of Parallels Desktop that you have and what is a guest OS. Assuming that you have Parallels 4.0 and Windows XP, I would suggest to run Parallels Compressor first: http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v4/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/22264.htm
Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm using Parallels Desktop 4.0 to run winXP on my mac. I'll give it a try and see what happens. mojoDodo
