I made the mistake of thinking that a purchase of parallels desktop would permit me to install the software onto both of my computers. I installed parallels desktop onto my laptop first, only to realize that I would have buy a separate subscription to install it onto my desktop. Parallels is only really needed on my desktop. Could anyone help me to reset my subscription so that I can install onto the other computer? I tried calling for help, but parallels phone service isn't very customer friendly... if I don't pay to speak with someone, then they simply won't put me through
