    Hi,

I have a CDROM which shows different files depending on which OS reads a CDROM. For example it shows the installer.dmg when on Mac OS X and setup.exe when reading it in Windows. I have recently upgraded to Parallels 4.0, which now shows CD-ROMs as mounted drives. Unfortunately now when I look at the CDROM in my Windows Virtual Machine it shows the Mac image of the CDROM and not the Windows image, so i am unable to install the application. Is there a way to force it to read the Windows files, rather than the Mac files?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Can you let us know what exactly is the CD the you are trying to use. Is it a Mac OS X disk?

Hi, it is the Dreamweaver Studio 8 CD. They ship both the Windows installer, and Mac installer on the same disc.

Same thing with Epson Artisan 700 install DVD... probably happens with all multisession discs.

    Hello,

Mac files will be hidden to the windows OS. Try to disable the show hidden files option in the folder options page.
