Getting Error message upon update

    I have a Macbook Pro 2.4 with OSX 10.5.6 and Parallels 5608 (Ver. 3.0). I recently updated from 10.4 to 10.5 and this is when all the problems started. When I go to update the software, it checks, comes back and says there is an update available but...

    Any help? The software is valid and activated.
