BSOD every time Windows boots in VM.

I'm running Parallels 4.0 on an iMac with OSX 10.5.8, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM. Every time I try to start Windows in VM, it boots, goes to the Windows desktop, & promptly goes to BSOD before I can do anything. The BSOD has an error code of c000021a. I'm unsure of how to fix this problem & need to use Windows for work. Please help. Thank you.
