Hi there, I have had a new purchase of Parallels on my mac for nearly one month and the internet security is telling me the trial period only has a few days left to run. I had thought, and rechecked the instruction book, that the internet security was supposed to be one year. Was there supposed to be something special to do to have the 1 year trial as promised?
Please make sure that your Parallels Desktop installation is up to date (at least build 3810) and try to reinstall PArallels Internet Security as described below: - in Virtual Machine uninstall Parallels Internet Security from Add/Remove Program - Select Uninstall, Complete Uninstall. - Reboot guest OS. - Install Parallels Internet Security from Parallels Desktop Menu - Virtual Machine -> Install Parallels Internet Security. - Reboot guest OS. It should help.
