I just upgraded to v5. Tried to start up a VM of WinXP (SP2) to upgrade the tools. XP was hung (time didn't change for over 10 minutes and never synced up with current time, completely unresponsive). So I reset the machine (nothing else would work). Now when I start up, it blue screens. I'd love to give more info, but the stupid machine immediately REBOOTS so I can't read the message! It won't pause at that point either. I was moving form a working v4 install. I have tried rebooting the Mac since the v5 install. Also, this is happening endlessly now:

    11/4/09 9:16:08 AM /usr/libexec/hidd[1033] IOHIDEventQueueEnqueue: Error enqueuing memory. (0xe00002e8)

Instructions in one of the other threads (turn off, switch to single processor, update tools, switch back) worked for me.
