I have been having trouble installing version 5. Even though my account at parallels.com shows that the software is registered, there is no support code. There are lots of places where it says you get 30 days of free support, but EVERY method requires a support code. I have even tried calling the corporate offices in D.C. but there is no option to talk to a human. Even pressing "0" to go to the general voice mail ends with a message from the phone system that that is an invalid extension. How do I get a support code or talk to/email/chat an actual human being?
RE: Support Code not showing up I have the same issue. I purchased Parallels 5 from their online store. Was able to register but not able to see a support code when I log into my account. Also same issues..calling the support line does not have an option to talk to a human.
Support Code and Help I purchased parallels and registered it. My support code does not display on the site and it is impossible to communicate to anyone. The is truly not what I expected when I bought my MAC last week.
I checked last night (6th Nov) and now I can see my support code. I purchased Parallels the morning of the 4th. Maybe it just is taking a couple of days till it shows up.
