Upgrade Parallels 4 to 5

Hi, I just upgraded to Parallels 5 and the virtual disk that was working fine in Parallels 4 is crashing / blue screen of death on launch in Normal or Safe mode. I uninstalled PD 5 and went back to version 4, and confirmed the image is working fine. I reinstalled 5 again, same problem. I went through the Transporter and says there is no disk to import as it's already in the correct format. So what do I need to make this work? I suppose I could make a new image, but what a pain. Anyone else have some advice on this? thanks, rob
