Parallels 5 erased my user accounts

    My user accounts completely reset. The upgrade wiped out all my settings to all my programs. What gives? Anyway to restore?

    Hello OrganicBytes,

    The user account will not be deleted, it will be hiiden.

    If you are taken into admin account as soon as you log in, please go to Start -> Log off and then you will see your user account to which you will be able to log into.
