I tried several time consuming installations:
If I install windows 7 (update over windows vista) in boot camp mode, parallels will crash with blue screen an reboot
If I install w7 in parallels mode, boot camp start ends up with blue screen automatically rebooting the system

The blue screen message is 0000007B (check your hard drive an drive controller, run chkdsk /f etc.)

I am not able to use both methods.

Does anybody know, how to proceed?

    Thank's for help

I installed my Win 7 in a separate VM as I already had a Vista VM. After the installation and when I determined that Win 7 was running fine, I then went into Parallels and deleted the Vista VM.

I was very surprise at the "apparent" amount of space I reclaimed on my hard drive. While I didn't write any numbers down before the Win 7 installation, I seem to remember that I had about 20GB free. With Vista gone, I now have 45GB free. Since I know that Vista did not take up 25GB, I haven't a clue as to why I have more free space now.
