I just bought mac parallels 4 not even a month ago and supposed to automatically get the free upgrade key in the mail.. nothing so far.. customer service if you can get someone on the phone has no clue what there doing.. I should just dispute this on my credit card because its a waste of time and money to try and get an answer from this company. Yes you can apply for the free upgrade but apparently that may or may not work according to customer service.. just really ticked off and disappointed in this company. If this is how they treat customers they wont have customers for too much longer because we will all go to another software package that cares about the people that support them and keep them in business.
Have you gotten any reply from them? I amin the same boat. Purchased the Full Version as a student on Sept 18th. I get all the e-mails about upgrading, but the offer must not apply to us. I have called, e-mailed, and filled out there web forms uploading my invoice, and no reply. Jeff
i got the same problem here too, and funny enough I also purchased on the 18 of Sept. What going on?! M
