Decimal point Numblock doesn't work

    Hallo,

    I have a small problem with Beta 4 update.
    The decimal point from the numblock does not work under a Win2k client.
    I am not quite sure but I think it has worked in Beta2.

    This behavior has been this way since the first beta, and remains.
