I'm trying to get Cisco VPN client ver. 4.8.02.0010 to work under XP using shared networking. If I change to bridged networking it works fine.

Anyone successful in getting the vpn to work w/ shared networking on build 3120.

I am successfully getting this to work, though I am using Cisco version 4.9.0.0500. Perhaps you should try to upgrade; I don't think that the earlier versions were compiled as universal binaries, so maybe there are some Rosetta issues you are running into

I'm trying to run the cisco client in my guest OS of Windows XP. It works fine if I run the mac version of the client.

Check with Cisco and see if their VPN runs in a NAT'd envionment (shared networking). A lot of things don't because the NAT'd system is hidden from the world unless the desired service is proxied/passed through to the NAT address.
