Parallels Key does not support more then 1 CPU

Hello,

i got 1 activation key from PD which works great with a virt. Machine (Windows 7, configured 2 CPUs) on a 2 Core IMAC 27"!

PD says later the first key is invalid, cannot be registered and send me a new one.
The new one produces a failure Message in Virt. Machine, saying:
"This virt. machine has more then 1 CPU! The activation key you have used (the new one) only allows 1 CPU per virt. machine"


Here are the detailed listed email traffic wiht PD. Solutions still not exist! Has anyone an answer or the same problem?

Looks like somebody has registered the key as well.

My Parallel Desktop Software works on a 27“ Imac Core 2, 3 MHZ CPU (8GB RAM)
I have a Windows 7 virt. Machine. Configured with 2 ! CPUS ,because of the 2 Cores inside the Intel CPU!
It works great with the first send key , which cannot be registered (See Mail Number 2+3)
JS2WPB-xxx

If I change inside the parallels Desktop Software (and restarting it all) to the valid and registerd key Q1JHG6-xxx, I cannot start the vir. Machine Windows 7 anymore.
A failure Message appear. Here is the german translation:

"This virt. machine has more then 1 CPU! The activation key you have used (the new one) only allows 1 CPU per virt. machine"

If i use the old first key again. The message do not appear!



Here are my questions:

Question 1: What went wrong with the registration of key JS2WPB-xxx, which works great!

Question 2: Please ask the programmer team where the message in german "This virt. machine has more then 1 CPU! The activation key you have used (the new one) only allows 1 CPU per virt. machine" comes from?
Because parallel Desktop software supports up to 8 CPUs!

Question 3: How do I get the PD Software work with my registered key Q1JHG6-xxx without failure message and supporting the 2 core CPU?

Looking forward for a solution.

After Weeks Parallels has given me a new activation key. (i think it is the 4th now) With this new key it worked! )
