I recently upgraded to a mac a couple of weeks ago from my HP laptop. I installed the Parallels on the mac so I could use my adobe cs3 for windows xp. Well, every program in CS3 works except Illustrator. We have figured out that parallels tools are not allowing me to launch Illustrator. So we turned off the tools and it launches but you can't expand the screen anymore. All you get is a very small window. Cutting off the tools you lose certain graphic features.

We were going to go through the tools and turn them on and off to figure out which one causes Illustrator not to launch but Parallels does not let you do this. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? What is the point of using Parallels if it won't allow you to use Adobe CS3 because of the pc tools?

Could you please send us the problem report:

    2) In the top Parallels Desktop menu choose 'Help' > 'Report a Problem'
    3) Enter your description of the problem, Name and Contact E-mail
    4) Click 'Send Report'
    5) After clicking "Send Report' you will get window with the message 'Your problem report has been sent to the Parallels Support team with id XXXXXX.'

Jackson H wish I had a solution for you but there are no answers here. I gave up. I am not paying for technical support through this company for there product that doesn't work. I will keep you posted if I figure something out.

Jackson H, got a fix for you. Go with another brand. Installed VMware's Fushion and everything works. If you ever get any answers from Parallels, please post it.

    Still no support? Amazing.

    Christopher,

This has become truly appalling that we've gotten no support on this after over two weeks (for you) beyond a pass-the-buck response.

Is there a money-back policy by parallels? I'm willing to make the switch if we don't hear anything. Guess I should've done more research before making my choice.
