You can do that now. It's been possible for months but it violates the EULA with Apple to run OS X on non-Apple hardware. I don't think Jobs is going to reverse one of the oldest tenants of Apple operations systems, but you never know. Parallels has demonstrated that people are willing to buy two OS's for a single system so he may decide one of them should be OS X.
