Windows cannot access \\.psf\Home\Desktop

    After installing Parallels Tools to my W7 install, I get the above message

    Any ideas on how I can resolve?

    try reinstalling P-tools ... also try to map the drive in Windows Explorer

    Thanks - i updated P Tools and all was OK until..... will post a new
