Parallels removed, but memory is still missing

I deleted the virtual machine using the instructions provided, then uninstalled Parallels 4.0 from my computer, but the 32GB used by Parallels is still missing. I have opened Disk Utility and it can only find Macintosh HD which is missing 32GB from the total memory it came with. I have also searched for any files with the name parallel, but nothing comes up. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Please look at "Documents/Parallels" folder at your home directory.

 

I deleted the Parallels folder from my Documents folder when Parallels was uninstalled.

 

Did you empty the trash after deleting the file?
