just that. I called up the onscreen keyboard with run-->osk and that showed me it could be found with right apple - Q.
when i pressed that, it closed the virtual machine.

can anyone help me with this? even better would be to know how to visualise the entire keyboard to learn what the keys do, and even better than that would be to be able to remap keys relatively easily.

can anyone help me with that?

    cheers, kurios

    so far so good, but

first of all thanks very much, that has definitely put me on the right track. The @ key is writeable on the desktop and in text only script.

however, in word, i cannot get the letter to register. any idea why that is? I only have one keyboard layout set in windows, and thaat is the german keyboard, obviously.

anyone have any ideas? I couldnt seem to make anything work by adjusting the windows keyboard language settings?

    best. kurios

and thanks conqueror, for the help so far.
