    Hello,

I am using Parallels 5.0 on Mac OSX Snow Leopard and Windows 7 as the guest OS. When I run in Crystal or Coherence mode, I cannot "maximize" Microsoft Outlook from the Dock. I click on it and absolutely nothing happens. To view the program I either end up having to restart Outlook, or switch to Window mode. Both of these are unacceptable workarounds.

What might be causing this issue? Is this a bug?

I have not noticed it with any other programs yet outside of MS Outlook.

It is VERY annoying and makes Coherence mode unusable.

    Thank You

I think I worked around the problem by getting into the habit of finding Outlook using Expose - it would show as a minimised window and could be restored by clicking on it. Slightly cumbersome, but useable nonetheless. I say think, because my Windows 7 VM's are down courtesy of another Parallels issue with 10.6.3 so I can't confirm.
