This device is probably an isosynchronus USB device which is not yet supported by Parallels. 3120 did not fix all USB issues. These audio and video USB devices show as connected in the VM USB list, but can't transmit audio or video data correctly, and the software may not recognize it.
Actually, the term is isosynchronous. It means that the data is transmitted with start and stop bits.
