Using PD 5.0/WinXP sp3 on my MacBook Pro (2010 version) with 8GB ram, 1024 ram assigned to my VM. When using ACT! 2010 and searching for a client, the screen that pops up to enter the search criteria is often cut off when using PD in coherence or crystal modes. The result is that I cannot see the text that I'm trying to enter into the search field because the field is only about 10% of its normal height. Switching back to full screen or window modes does not fix the problem. The problem persists until I restart ACT!. It's a pain because I really like coherence and crystal modes. Any suggestions? Anyone from Parallels reading these postings? I have also uploaded a service request for this issue from within Parallels 5.0. No response for that either! Please help me sort this out. Thanks in advance. Bud James
