    Hi,

I installed the rong version of paralle (Build 3036).
I run the uninstaller and removed some all files that where not deleted by the uninstaller.
I tryed to run the 1970 installer, but it keeps saying. Nothing to install...
So i think theres still something of parallels on the pc.
How can i remove it completly ?

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Headshot :D

you should probably make sure you have nothing in /Library/Parallels (finder will not show all the files that might reside there, so check in Terminal)

Actually, deleting the /library/parallels directory would be a good beginning, and might be enough. Just trash the directory -- no need for terminal. There may be files left elsewhere, but the uninstall of whatever version you had installed plus the new install should fix it.

totally agree joem, trashing /library/parallels shoudl do the trick, i just always worry about telling people to delete stuff in /library. I always fear they'll go blow the wrong thing or the whole thing away and render OSX in a pretty awful state ;)
