dispatcher.desktop.xml in "/"?

Ahoi!

I found the "dispatcher.desktop.xml" in my root-directory. In this forum the file seems to have to be in the preferences-dir.
May I delete it?
How did it come there?

Do you have a dispatcher.desktop.xml in your /Library/Preferences/Parallels folder? If you do then make sure the one in your root directory contains similar information, then delete the one in your root directory. Delete it anyway because it contains prefs that you can easily setup again. Restart your Mac afterward.
