Has anyone worked out how to get Unity installed and working with Ubuntu 10.10? The default desktop works perfectly (as it always did), but as soon as I try to switch to Unity (the Ubuntu Netbook Edition) and try to login, the VM crashes. Any suggestions (note that I'm using the lastest 6.0 patch).
I have the same issue. Looks to be a problem with the way it works with OpenGL. This really needs to be fixed soon though as Unity will be the default UI going forward in Ubuntu.
Same here I've had the same exact issue for some time as well. Anyone have any success with it? I'm also surprised that there haven't been any updates to P6 in quite a long time.
