This is the 3rd time I've been burned by Parallels. Several years ago I purchase Parallels 3 for my Mac it worked fine, then I purchased the 4.0 Upgrade which didn't work because 3.0 wouldn't work in Snow Leopard. I can't even install it from the disk. The 4.0 Upgrade refused to recognize my 3.0 license, so I had to buy the fucking thing Again as a full version!! Now I purchased the 5.0 Upgrade and once again the thing won't recognize my 4.0 License. So I've been BURNED again!!!! To make matters worse there's not a goddamn number or email I can use where I can demand a refund, to make matters worse you CHARGE for any contact. THIS IS THE CRAPPIEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!! From here on out, I'm sticking with VMWare Fusion. I've spent almost $200 on a f'ing product that I've NEVER really been able to use!
Same here, I have an original V3 disk and code... and paid for upgrades, for 4 5 and 6 and needed to reinstall 6 and bingo it won't let me.... If you find out how to do this I would be grateful... Mark
