I have Vista Business running in Parallels. It is running GREAT in all respects except one.

If I attempt to open any file from a Parallels shared folder, it bluescreens Vista with a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL error.

If I copy the file from the share to the local Vista desktop or c: drive, all is well.

SO far it is just the Vista default install with Office 2007 Enterprise loaded.

I've tried other builds - 1970, 3120, 3036 - all have the same PSF issue.
    Thoughts?

PS I will send this to the bug report email address as well.:)

It happened to me also. I tried to open a Word document in the PSF and got a BSOD. If I copied the file to Vistas desktop everything was fine.

    More data on the repro

If you go through the file open dialog it seems not to repro. But if you go through the recent folders on the start menu, then it repros. This is a killer. I have also seen it repro when you double-click inside outlook to launch a pdf file.
