Can't work Transporter!

I loaded CD onto Mac and PC, when trying to run Transporter, keeps saying: "The computer XXX requires authentication" ??
H-E-L-P !
I am completely sunk if I can't get info from old computer over to my newly purchased Apple.

 

You need to enter the login username and password you use on your Windows machine so Transporter has access to it. If you login to a domain you need to enter your username as: domainname\username
