Was running current stable version (21?) and saw that the new beta was out. Decided to try it out because I wanted to try coherence. Uninstalled existing version, upgraded, then upgraded the parallels tools on virtual w2k machine.

Now i have no networking no matter what type i select. Tryed everything, nothing worked. So I uninstalled 3150 and went back to the older version. Works perfect! Tried upgrading again, does not work. So for now I have went back to the older version.

I am out of ideas, any suggestions? Anything that may have changed that would cause my networking to stop working?

Me too. I'm trying to use Vista Business as my Windows OS. It doesn't detect a network card when I launch that VM.

    You may try following steps
    1. Connect Parallels Tools CD image (vmtools.iso) to VM. You can find
Parallels Tools CD image at /Library/Parallels/Tools folder.
    Installs PD tools.

    2. In Windows Vista device manager you should find Realtek device and
update its driver. When Windows asks you about what driver to use,
you should point to Drivers/Network/RTL8029/Win2000.XP.ME.2003 on
    your virtual CD-ROM

    Best regards
