Access "run" and "windows explorer" in Coherance mode

How do I add the "Run" action and "Windows Explorer" to the list of coherance mode programs?
I can access these just fine in full screen mode via the Windows "Start" Command, but woudl like to use coherance and Crystal) mode, where they are not in the list of available programs.

Hello braynor,

You can use the same Windows Start menu in both Coherance and Crystal modes this way:

While in Coherence you should see that Parallels Desktop icon in Dock changes to Windows Start button, you can simply click on it to access usual Start menu.

While in Crystal mode, you should see two red lines (Parallels sign) in the Apple upper menu (right upper corner, near to the system time etc), right-click on the sign and again, you will have the same Windows Start menu where you can access all Windows functionality the same way you do in Full Screen.
