Can not adjust mem available to XP side

I have a Macbook with 4G mem and Parellels 5. I can not adjust mem available to XP. Always 1G and options in PD-VM to change are grayed out. I've changed mem from 2G and 3G in PD-Pref-Memory, but XP Taskmgr and Photoshop CS5 always show only 1G available on the Win side.

I'd certainly appreciate help with making more mem available to CS5. 1G is not enough. Otherwise, I'll have to remove Parallels and work with Bootcamp.

Unfortunately, Remove in PD-File is also grayed out. I read somewhere that uninstalling Parallels Tools would fix that issue. Not so for me following three uninstall/install cycles.
