Is Parallels Destop a joke?

Can someone please explain why there are no updates for localized versions of Parallels Desktop for Mac? Why there is no info that only english one is getting updates? Why customer is denied switching to english version? I have PL version and my build is .11826. I've seen more then few higher builds after this one but your updater says my version is up to date.

 

So there are just 6 updates after mine still "up-to-date" since November Build 11826

-resolve an issue with Finder and the Dock being unresponsive while working with icons larger than 128x128 px created by Parallels Desktop

I will wait 2 days for someone to contact me, if it wont be resolved I will just install pirated version. Enjoy my money!
