Can i upgrade from 5 to 6 on 2 machines?

    I have parallels 5 on my mac pro and on my macbook.

    I have upgraded to Parallels 6 on my mac pro.

    Can i use the same activation key on my macbook or do i have to buy a separate licence?

    As per End User License Agreement of Parallels Desktop, you can install it on a single system using one license.

    If you would like to install it on multiple systems then you need to purchase the same number of licenses.

    You may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single instance (virtual or physical) owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you, at a single time.
